Cool view from the outside, residents are nice and quiet. A little bit judgmental for me however, last year i was the trash collection guy here and would put the trash in the back of my panel van to take to the compactor. long story short a few minutes after i started taking my first load of garbage to the compactor and I've got 2 squad cars blocking me at the compactor guess the residents called the police on the trash guy...

THIN WALLS!!! LOUD NEIGHBOR!!!
I'm military and so is my husband. He is currently in IPAP (military's PA school).
I stayed in quite a few different apartment complexes in a few different states. This is the most expensive apartment I've stayed at and the only place I had issues with while staying.
Here's how it went.
I have a neighbor who likes to watch TV loud at 3:30AM, not weekends, weekdays. Every time, it's those loud, fighting shows. Management asked me to call their office and press 4 for Courtesy Officer and someone will go talk to the noisy apartment. HOWEVER, it usually takes them so long to get there. At this point, I'm wide awake and stewing in frustration.
When called to the Courtesy officer again, was told their officers have other things to do and noise complaints usually take about one hour to be handled. When asked the estimated arrival of the dispatched officer, the guy who picks up the office phone couldn't give a number. Isn't it one of your guys? You can't even give an estimate?
I filed noise complaints four times at this point and the management already contacted that tenant before too. So, obviously that tenant was aware their TV volume woke people up, but still they did it gain and again.
The management was on that neighbor's side. I was told that since that neighbor works at night, there would be associated noises. I told them I understand when people comes home from work, they need to shower, clean up, and whatnot, but watching loud TV at 3:30am doesn't associate with working at night. Waking everyone up just because you have a different schedule is NOT ok. They wanted me to understand that tenant's side just cause they work night. So, the imposed quiet hours according to the lease depends on the tenant's work schedule? How frustrating.
The management said they told the tenant to turn down the volume, sent a notice of policy violation (which they already did before and apparently didn't work), and there's nothing else they can do. THERE'S NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO, SO DEAL WITH IT.
They said we can move to a different apartment and there would be fees. You don't even offer discounts or something? If only I knew the walls are that thin and Tobin would let the bad tenants be super loud after hours without repercussions, I would never ever stay at this place.
Additionally, base rent is expensive, which I already knew when I signed the lease, but I didn't know was the added bills is almost $100 and it's not even including the electricity.

Lived there almost: 3 years, they have a great pool area. Not a kid a friendly environment. They have organized events for tenants, that evolves around drinking, and they never organized nothing family oriented, and no playground, just a dog park, they don't enforce picking up dog poop so poo was everywhere, including sidewalks

Excellent Staff! The property is Gorgeous. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. All of my maintenance concerns were probably taken care of. My apartment home comes with stainless appliances, chocolate wooden cabinets, beautiful views, and plenty of space. I LOVE LIVING Here :)

The apartment complex looks excellent on the outside, but between management and the maintenance; it's like living in the hood. I moved into a first floor apartment and there were these huge water bugs in there. I reported it and was told pest control will come on Thursday; no time- just Thursday as if we sit here all day and say yay let's wait for pest control. So that never was complete, I ended up hiring an outside source. At least I knew what time to expect them.
Oh let's not forget I had to have my keys changed for safety since pest control had it last and they "didn't know where it was."
My Heat stopped working during the winter storm had to contact maintenance and didn't receive a response for 1.5 hours. When he finally came- he told me to put the heat on Ember until he can figure out what's wrong and see if they can get to it the next day. SEE IF YOU CAN GET TO IT?!
My Heat fans are extremely loud and my neighbors don't have the issue. I was told the fan is extremely large so that's normal but let him know if it gets worse.
Now my hot water does not work. contacted maintenance at 9:00 still have not heard back from them. Guess I'll Take a shower at my neighbors house.
The resident's lounge is nice but the heat doesn't work in there and it's freezing. You tell the staff and they're like- just turn the temperature up upstairs. Yeah, we did that and there is an error message that I only assume is not going to get addressed. Yeah, it sucks to live here.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2Business owner information

Great community. The apartments are nice and new, and it has various amenities such as the pool, dog park, gym and beautiful lounge. And the management staff is also very helpful and friendly!

I called the office because I've been having issues with my upstairs neighbor. They are heavy footed. All I ask is that they have some sort or human connection and be Courteous and not stomp around, during quiet hours meaning after 10pm for those of you that have never lived in an apt complex. I'm trying to maintain the peace. Anyway, I called the office and as I was explaining the already ongoing problem. All I heard was " uhha, mmm, uhha, uhha uhha. Very unprofessional, she needs to be in another line of work, and then she goes on to tell me "well, they're moving out at the end of the month. You might hear some noise". Duh, as if I didn't now that moving out requires noise. Very condescending unprofessional team, and it's not cheap to live here. Anyway the problem was never addressed, the noise never stopped. I had to go upstairs and take care or it my self. So basically these self entitled girls running this place don't like confrontation. Just do your job. Or get someone who is afraid to do it. Don't live there it's not that great. It's a deceitfully beautiful place. Not worth it.

The apartment complex itself is fine, you get a relatively new apartment and a garage, but management is horrible. Kyla does not know how to run the complex and take care of tenants that need to leave. If they got a new manager it would be a great place to live.

I love living here! Its like a mini resort & has beautiful oaks trees surrounding the community! Super spacious apartments! Staff is super helpful & friendly. Pool is FABULOUS! I feel very much at home!
