Rico was my service advisor. He has been my service advisor before - he goes ABOVE and BEYOND every time. He has excellent customer service. Always a smile on his face and a willingness to help. Respectful, kind and courteous.

Wow-what is that horribly overused expression-"on steroids". This is a Lexus dealership "on steroids". It's like going to beautiful ski lodge with magnificent cars. I was here because someone clipped my 20 year old Lexus sport car at the country dance hall and a part fell off. They looked it up and put it on order, along with touch up paint, quickly and efficiently!

Went to the Mercedes dealers on Friday. Mike was friendly working with another customer and just handed me a card and showed me one car. I truly was not interested in buying a Mercedes but the GL caught my eye I gave Mike a call on Saturday and told him me and my husband would come by

I tried to schedule my 5000 mile service with a couple of issues. I am a service advisor as well and the lady on the phone who answered was not friendly and did not offer me different options told me I had to wait for my diagnostic and I wasn't able to get a loaner on my 5000 mile service because it's smaller. I've never heard of that as a luxury dealership. I work next door and id rather drive 20 min away to get better service

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I searched nationwide for the vehicle I wanted and found it with North Park Lexus at Dominion, Texas.
I'm in California, not Texas, so we were able to do a touchless transaction Which went very smooth. Bobby recommended a shipper -- an excellent recommendation.
Our sales person was Bobby Roth. He was very responsive, professional and patient with all of the pics I had him take to show me since I'd never laid eyes on it myself. He also took the car to a third party for a prepurchase inspection which was above n beyond on Bobby's part. The car checked out and everything was in mint condition.
