A company policy is in place that addresses the management and quality control plan of each service. This plan includes the development and implementation of performance measures to achieve programmatic goals and to measure success. Baseline data and target goals monitored through specific indicators and appropriate changes are made to retain quality services and to encourage continual process improvement. Current services include: Commercial Custodial Services - Servicing over 1,000,000 square ft. each year for commercial customers at the Federal, State and local level. Crews provide superior service and use ‘Green Clean’ Processes & Supplies (bio-degradable chemicals & micro fiber). Commercial Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Full grounds maintenance services provided to thousands of acres of commercial and government grounds each year, including apartment complexes, auto dealerships, federal buildings, and scattered residential lots.
