Alecozay Law Firm, PLLC was formed by Attorney Samantha Alecozay to provide unique and accessible legal services for small to medium-sized businesses in the San Antonio area. Samantha wanted a practice that helps clients beyond their legal needs, taking time to understand the heart and soul of each business, the people that make it happen.  

We provide counsel that considers the client's entire operations, goals, and what's being done to make those goals happen, not just legal documents. This requires an understanding of business psychology, finance, marketing, general practice management, and other disciplines that we use when handling client matters.
