I've been ordering from them for years. They never disappoint. Sometimes I don't know which arrangement to chose from, so I just tell them how much my price range is and they make it work. I've never had a bad experience.

Great flowers! I have used them on several occasions and have always been happy. Plants and flowers are good quality, service is excellent.

Our family ordered flowers to surround an urn. Chris helped us with our flower and greenery choices and the arrangement was stunningly beautiful!

My birthday was this week, so I received flowers from my sister and her husband...I love surprises and flowers! Well the flowers were looking sad and almost dead two days later. I called the florist who immediately responded to an apology for the flowers condition. He said I would receive new arrangement later in the day. Five hours later there was a new arrangement delivered to my office and the delivery man was very professional.
My experience with this florist was unconditionally excellent in how they handled my call and responded with good faith in service and product. I had read other reviews regarding their service and business practice. I have included the second flower arrangement which I believe is nicer then the first and is more like the picture advertised.

A pleasure doing business with this floral shop. Spoke with Stacy over the phone and she took time to explain in detail the description of their products and availability for a last minute order to be delivered to a funeral the next day. She put my mind at ease, because this was an out of town call and I was skeptical if this business could do this with such short notice. The florist sent a picture of the arrangement and confirmation of delivery. The quality of their work is of high standards!

According to Castle Ridge Mortuary, there would not be a delivery charge if flowers were ordered from its preferred Rose Boutique -- but when we ordered the flowers, we were told that there was always a delivery charge, but that because of the misunderstanding, the delivery charge would be waived... Better communication between the two entities would be advisable.

Have ordered several theme specific arrangements for two corporate events, one was a Spa Event, the other was a Holiday Open House, the arrangements were beautiful, the decorator was creative but followed requests for size & color to the tee! Delivered on time and receipts were emailed to me as requested! Super service, friendly staff!
