Happened to me about a month ago or two. Saw this nice Tayota Yaris, made a an appointment and drove 3.5 hours to go buy it. When I met with a Latino who looked at me from top to bottom, he didn't want to talk much and knowing that I wanted to see that vehicle didn't even have the keys with him. No interest in selling the vehicle or just plain racist. Dude was at the most 20 years old and I am in my 40s 3 tour war veteran 100% disabled getting that tax free $$$$ and a credit score of 760. But to Manuel Galvan I was a Peasant. Car sales people there think they own the dealership. Don't waste your time going there because they are racist.

Don't bother making an appointment online. Made my appointment online, show up and I'm told the advisor (Clint Ray) isn't scheduled to come in until half an hour later. I asked to get a different advisor. Half an hour later, still no one. My husband had to literally get off the car to get someone to come help us. Never had this type of service at Cavendar Toyota. This will be my last time coming to North Park Toyota.

Worst service ever I bought a vehicle it
broke the same night had it towed then it broke 4 more times I am absolutely done with them I just want my money back, and yet they supposedly fixed again and want me back in that lemon of a vehicle I have ran out of patience I will seek legal action next. Dishonest no integrity or respect for their customers ... straight out rats! News cast will

Dropped off my car for an ac repair long story short warranty was worthless and paid 300$ in a diagnostic...this wasn't the problem. The problem is that the techs that were working on my vehicle somehow forgot to clip back my cover above the radiator and my A/C high and low pressure caps were gone. I will never take my car here to service again I had trust in this dealership, but somehow makes me think they do cheap work. Now I kind of understand why I somehow overhear a customer complaining in the background every-time I'm in the service area lol.

Hands down the best new car buying experience I've had. Alik Stockhammer was a fenomenal salesman. There was no BS of trying to up charge me or give me the run around. He was honest and upfront the entire time and that's what made up decide to travel 1300 miles to pick it up. He even picked us up from the airport so we didn't have to Uber and then had us in and out in an hour with the great financial manager. I wish all Toyota Dealerships had customer service like North Park Toyota and especially a salesman like Alik.
I would gladly make the 1300 mile trip again to do business with them.

I called to get pricing about a vehicle I was interested in buying. The "sales person" who answered the call was rude and short tempered. While trying to ask questions about pricing and vehicle availability. His responses were very inconsistent and lacking in knowledge. When I asked about discounts he seemed bothered I was looking for a deal.
He also quoted me two different prices for the same vehicle. One online which was $1,000 less than the one on the lot. When I asked why the online one wasn't offered initially. His response was "we're not a car museum we are trying to sell cars."
Lastly, when I tried to discuss certain monthly payment ranges he was the least bit helpful in trying to narrow down options and help me with what I was looking for. Nobody wants to spend $500 or more a month on a vehicle. Much less be treated like a bother for asking. When Trying to express that I had to get off the phone and would think about it. His response was a grunt and "yea bye."

Terrible service. Had one of the sales rep yelling at me in the lobby in front of other customers to try to convince me to buy another vehicle and yelling out loud I'm wasting $17,000 while also bringing my wife into the conversation. Very rude and disrespectful.

This dealership is absolutely garbage. I will not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Purchased a car for my wife and had nothing but issues we haven't even been able to enjoy our vehicle!!!
RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE RIP OFFS
GAVE US A RENTAL WITH A SCREW IN THE TIRE!!! WHICH THEY WERE AWARE OF!!! LOOK AT THE PAINT ON THE TIRE!!!!!
AND MY WIFE WAS STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!
The same day the rental was given to her!!!!
When I called Noe to let him know what happen he had no one to help me because everyone was dealing with customers!!!
CUSTOMERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY WIFE'S SAFETY????!!!!
TRASH MAN!!!!
Like I said RUN RUN RUN!!!! Don't waist your time here at all I'm so disappointed that I have to deal with them for the next 5 YEARS!!!!!

They damaged my 2021 supra and tania eubanks the general manager refuses to pay l even after all the evidence I gavethem. She's rude and really doesn't care about the customer. She acts like a 4 year old. She insults customers. Lawsuit on the way!
